Our logo markis
originated
fromthe fourth dimensional
image of a
cube. The
fourth
dimensional cube in English is calledgHypercubeh. In Japanese, it is translated as gSuper
Cubeh. The fourth
dimension is themathematicalfourth
dimension, which represents the assumed space that is constructed by axis
X,Y, Z, and F which cross at the angle of90 degrees.
"iMi" stands for Image Mission Inc. as well as two of us
supporting the Mission. The logo was designed by Mr.Hideyuki Kume, our
friend and an eminent Japanese graphic designer. We also believe "i" stands for
all the people supporting us, our staffs, our customers and consumers. He also
says the logo stands for two exclamation marks with a big "W" which stands for
"Wonder" upside down. "Wonder" is our theme for toys. Where there is a
surprise and wonder, we believe that is where children start to think "why", and
that is where their scientific mind is generated. We hope to bring a big
"Wonder"to the world!
In November 2000,
ImageMissionInc.was
established. Our theme is to be natural, real and
scientific. We are aiming for a Public
Company. As the first step to be a public
company, we
changedour form oforganizationto a
joint-stock corporation in December, 2004.
The genre we cover in business for now
istoy and
hobby. The kind
of products we are looking for are not only for children but for adults who
still have the flexible mind of children. We would like to introduce information
and such products which would bring gwonderh and gsurpriseh as well as fun to
the people who play with it. We are
looking into the market of not onlyJapan but of all over the
world.
"Natural" We are seeking for products which are good and
natural not only for human but also for our environment. For wooden toys, we are
PlanToys lover, which is the only product in the world that is made of
preservative-free recycled rubber wood. Other than Plantoys, we strictly select
the kind of toys that do not have any harmful substances. This is because we
hope to cherish glifeh of not only ourselves, but our motherland and the toys
themselves to convey the message of life to our next generation to
come.
"Real" Among so many existing toys and educational
materials in the world, we select and recommend genuine products which have
their original concepts and philosophy incorporating the truth of the space. We
are sure that the innocent hearts and eyes of children will absorb many valuable
things and excitement from genuine products.
"Scientific" Since we have been searching for scientific
toys and products, we have come to be in contact with scientists, researchers
and artists. We hope to incorporate their
ideas, dreams and designs into products to let children enjoy such wonderful
ideas of the specialists, because children are spontaneous scientists
themselves.
Natural, Real and Science:
These are the three themes we came to conclude as the most indispensable
elements that should be considered for the products for children who are to
succeed the generation to come.
We welcome friends to join us
for the study of valuable products for the future!
